Terms

By entering into this sales agreement, Customer expressly authorizes Stitch Logo, Inc. to use Customer's name, Customer's logos and pictures of work done for customer, for advertising purposes. If Customer wishes to rescind the express authorization, please inform Stitch Logo, Inc. via written correspondence, and Stitch Logo, Inc. will remove them from all advertising.

ORDERING PROCESS

  • An automatic email will be sent to you immediately confirming your order.
  • Allow 1-2 business days for us to review and process your order. If a product is out of stock, a member of our team will reach out to you with substitutions or a re-stock date if a substitution cannot be found.
  • You will be notified once we process your order through our online system Santu.
  • Delivery Time for Blank Orders is 1 day to 2 weeks.
  • Sales tax will be added to Florida customers only.

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Additional charges may apply such as: set-up fees, screen charges, sales tax (FL Customers Only), large embroidery surcharge, etc.
  • If additional charges are required for your order, you will receive an additional email with a final invoice for your approval before we process your order. We will not process your order without your final approval.
  • Delivery Time for Standard Custom orders is 3-5 weeks. Custom Company Store order's may vary depending on the specific instructions setup by your Corporate Office.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make a change to your order.
  • Cancellations of orders already in production will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • If your order has already been embroidered or embellished in any manner, a cancellation will not be granted.
